BROKE IN LESS THAN A MONTH!

I got mine and 2 weeks later, the light still comes on (green) but the plates are cold. I tried different plugs to no avail. I never dropped it or mishandled it.

I absolutely love this product! I have extremely curly, frizzy hair and it makes it straight and doesn't fry it like many straighteners do. This is the best around!

It is really a great design! I was struggling for which iron i should buy, a flat iron or a curling iron, or both? Cause I like to change my hair look from time to time. Now this is an awsome option! Thinking about getting one right now.
