Well.... it worked AWESOME all up until it started displaying E1 on the heat setting screen. I don't have my box anymore, so I can't figure out how to make it work. Kinda pisses me off considering it's not even a year old.

Time Consuming

I have naturally long (mid back) wavy hair, and if I brush it out, it looks like a giant puff ball. I used this product when my hair was wet and I had to go over each strand a total of 4 times before it was straight. To complete my whole head it took me 55 minutes.

In the end, my hair was straight but the time it took was not worth it. I'd rather blow-dry then straighten because it would be at least 10 minutes faster.

Also, the product snaged a large amount of my hair while straightening.

I don't recommend this product at all.

Had this product about a tear- works great if your like me and blowdrying your hair is long and hot for you- Just shower towl dry your hair and start to straighten! it really does a great job- my first time writing a review on something! LOL
