The Metropolis Ceramic Ionic Hair straightner worked really nice until one morning I went to plug it in; it would no longer turn on. So I followed the warranty instructions very carefully and sent to the address in Van Nuys, Ca. to have it returned to me a week later saying no such address. So what kind of 10 year warranty is that?
