| I just saw the com. for it today. It looked so awesome! I was just about to buy it when I decided to look online for some reviews. Thankfully I came across this page. I would have been so mad if this hair straightener MELTED my hair. I have NEVER even heard of a straightener melting off my hair. I will DEFIANTLY not buy this product. | |

| I really wish I had read all these reviews before buying the Kiyoseki iron. I bought it about a month ago. I have only used it twice and it worked great the first time. However, I just used it this past weekend while I was out of town on vacation, and it just stopped working while I was doing my hair! Talk about being upset! Don't get me wrong, besides the fact that the paint started to melt off of it the first time I used it, it would have been a fantastic product if it had kept working. I know now that just because a celebrity endorses something does not mean that it works! | |

| It looked so amazing on tv. Bought it. The first time it worked great. The next time I went to use it, I was almost done with my hair and it burnt my hair and the temp on it went crazy. I shut it off and it would never turn back on. Luckily I only had it a week, so I returned it. STill waiting for my refund... I know there are much better ones out there. Forget this one. | |

I have had my straightner for 6 months and it works great!
****FOR THOSE OF YOU COMPLAINING IT IS BURNING YOUR HAIR OFF. YOU MIGHT HAVE THE TEMP SETTING TOO HIGH FOR YOUR HAIR TYPE.**** I have very thick hair and it told me to go above 400 degrees, but I use it at around 355 degrees and it works great! Has NOT burned my hair once!!!!! I like it so much that I am getting my sister one for christmas. Just use common sense when using these products you find online or in the infomercials. | |

| I havent bought the kstyler yet and my mom said she'd get it for me! I was so freakin happy until I read these reviews and now im realy scared! So ive just decided to get the getinstyler it works way better and leaves your hair feeling great you should realy try it. the kstyler is a piece of my dogs crap compared to the one i use now!!!!!! | |

| Used it the first day and it worked great. My hair was straight. Second time I used it, plugged it in, the temperature went crazy but I didn't think anything of it. It supposedly "cooled" to the right temperature. Then when I put it on my hair, it sizzled and melted a big chunk of my hair. Still have melted hair on the iron. Now, it won't turn on. I'm going to try to get a refund. This is a lesson for me to check out reviews before buying from an infomercial! | |

| I have had my K-Styler for almost 4 months now and I have had absolutely no problems with it. Quit complaining about it, YOU BOUGHT IT!!! It's definitely the best straightener and curler I have ever used. I would definitely recommend it to EVERYONE! For all the rest of you, maybe you should read the directions and you would know that you wouldn't push the heat buttons if your hand is in the right spot, duh! Thanks | |

THE IRON LOOKED SO AMAZING ON TV...I WAS SO EXCITED WHEN I GOT IT...I USED IT 3X AND NOTICED THE TEMP FLUCTUATING ALOT... BUT THOUGHT OK NO BIGGIE.. AND I MIND YOU, GO TO AN AVEDA SALON TO GET MY HAIR DONE..I USE ONLY THE BEST PRODUCTS...MY HAIR IS MAINTAINED EVERY 5-6 WEEKS.. SO I WANTED A GOOD FLAT IRON..I HAVE ALWAYS USED CHI, BUT THIS ONE SEEMED SO AWESOME.
WELL IT RUINED MY HAIR, IT CINGED SO MANY PARTS OF MY HAIR...MOST NOTICEABLEY THE FRONT SECTION. SO I HAD TO CUT OFF OVER 2 INCHES, LAYER IT AND GET AN A LINE CUT...AND ITS STILL DAMAGED... IM SO UPSET...ID LOVE TO SIT CARMEN ELEKTRA ON A CHAIR AND FRY HER HAIR THE WAY MINE IS FRIED..ID HAVE TO CUT ANOTHER 3 INCHES AND MORE LAYERS TO FIX ALL THE BURNT DAMAGED HAIR. ITS AWFUL...IT STARTED STEAMING AND I SMELLED MY HAIR BURNING AND TOOK IT OFF REALLY QUICK..AND THEN THE HUNK OF JUNK JUST DIED. ITS AWFUL. | |

I bought the Kiyoseki Styler after watching infomercial and at first was delighted with the product, however, after a few days, I noticed the digital temparature shifting up and down on it's own? The last time I used it, the temperature had shot up to highest temperature (for coarse hair) and my hair actually melted!
I sent it back after just 2 weeks and still waiting for refund more than six weeks later...DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT...wish I had been smart and done search like this before I bought it! | |

Well...i've been reading some of the reviews...and most of them are bad...i've had my kiyoseki for over a year or so now and i love it! i don't use it too much, bc i have asian hair and its mostly straight already, but i use it once n awhile when its too wavy or if i want curls and i TOTALLY LOOOVEE it!!!
i don't know about people's hair being damaged, bc i don't know about you, but i use a heat protectant cream before i straighten, plus damage comes with straightening your hair no matter what straightener. i don't know why its getting such bad reviews, but i TOTALLY LOVE the kiyoseki, i've tried others and it REALLY leaves my hair dead, the kiyoseki is awesome and i love it!!! totally recommend!!!!! | |

| I have read the reviews and seen how a lot of people had trouble with the temp button being turned up with fingers. After some time using it I figured out how to hold it and not touch the buttons and the temp still went up when I wasn't even holding it. It burnt a chunk of my hair off and now it won't even turn on. This is the biggest piece of crap I have ever bought. Revelon makes a great straitner that you can buy for $16 at walmart. It is white if you want a new one. I swear by it. | |

| The kiyoseki fried my hair!!! i had to trim an inch off to get my terrible ends to be gone!!! it does work good to keep ur silky style in the humidity but like i said, it will fry the ends of ur hair!! i used it once and i am sending it back!! i hated it!!!!! do not buy this product!! i own a corioliss which is about $90 and works better than the kiyoseki!! i have naturally curly hair and had to go over it many times with the k styler. with my corioliss i only have to go over it once!! do not buy the kiyoseki!!!! it is just a big joke!!!!! | |
