Kiyoseki 3 in 1 Professional Hair Straightener

I bought my styler and loved it when I first received it. It did a fine job on my long hair and kept it straight. I didn't use it very often unless I was going out. After using it a total of around 25 times the the soft on /off button went out and after paying this much money I am stuck with no flat iron because there is no way to get the soft button unstuck. It's almost like the switch fell on the inside and you can't do anything about it. I could have went to Wal-mart and paid $30 for one with an on/off switch you can actually not worry about it breaking in no time and no way to get my money back or guarantee to get it replaced.

I did the free trial and they sent me a used Kiyoseki still buy it because I work pretty well in my hair, but I was disappointed that only offer 60 day warranty and after 2 months of use my Kiyoseki began to overheat and then left working. I think we should give more time to guarantee that cost enough money to guarantee bad

I purchased it and worked fine at first. 12 months later it started going way up high automatically and burned my hair..after about a week of that it went out. 3 months later I'm still waiting on a new one because I had a 2 year warranty with it.

I was also disappointed with my flat iron, to cuz it stopped working a couple of months later. but over all... i thought my flat iron was a good investment at the time of purchase.
