I bought the same straightener at a beauty supply store for 60 dollars. At the beginning it was an amazing straightener. Then after like a month one of the bolts fell out but it still worked pretty well. But now after a year after i bought it smoke comes out of it and it smells like its burning. Also when i put it on my hair it makes a sizzeling sound. I bet I could have gotten a better straightener at a cheaper price

I tried several flat irons, this one is the one I stay with now. havent had any problems at all and best yet, this thing is durable and seemingly unbreakable.

i bought this striaghtener and it was at a pretty high price. it works good while you have it, but as the otehr reveiwer stated, the protction layer peels, and if you dont straighten small ammounts your hair gets caught on the sides. as its new, it works great, but as it gets older, it has problems. i dont find this product worth the price it is. even if its really cheap online.
do not buy it reviewed by erika, on Feb 21, 2008 2 of 3 people think this review is helpful
do not buy this straightener. My hair gets caught in the sides if you do not take a small enough amount of hair. Something called tourmilining has started to happen to it. where the plate like wears off. it loses its heat after like 5 minutes. its just not a good product. i do not reccomend it.
