Do the limited edition straighteners come with a warranty? And, if it happens to break can I get the same one replaced or would it have to be replaced with another one that is not limited edition?

Okay so.. i'm in grade 10 and i want my hair to look good.. i naturally have VERY thick wavy hair.. and i use a conair straightener i use it every morning.. you know to touch it up.. and when i leave for school as soon as i get their its frizzy and like starts to go poofy. i need some tips.. like i want to get a real good quality straightener but i dont want to waste my money help please D:

I dont think Conair flat iron could give the result you want~~ believe me, good tool would never be cheap. My 'Sedu Ionic Ceramic Professional Straightener' always gives very beautiful straight hair which could last all day. And, i wanna give you a suggestion, DO NOT use hair straightener every day, it's not good to your hair.

I purchased a Tourmaline 500 in June 2009. It started to smoke one day after I plugged it in. The plates changed color and some black stuff was coming out of the end. How do I get my warranty. I still have the box that it came in. Thanks JoAnn

Hello, I bought the kiyoseki straighteer less than a year ago, maybe 8 months ago and it is not working anymore. It broke, what can I do, do I have any warranty, it is an expensive product and I think I paid too much for he little use. What can I do, can you replace it, or fix it? I tried to look for a phone number and you don't have one online. Please reply to me. thanks, Sandra

I really want to purchase the Solia hair straightener but it says it is a plug type A and the voltage is 110-120V. It does not mention that it can be used in Ireland. Is there any way that it can be used in Ireland? Why does it say that it can't?

I'm asking for advice before I purchase an iron. I've tried the chi, fhi, infra shine - all which pulled my hair & didn't straighten it very well. I also tried Paul Mitchell but the plates were too big. On one site I read 1 1/4 was a good size, so that's what I'd like to buy. I'm debating between the Solia ceramic 1 1/4 inch, the BaByliss Pro nano 1 1/4 inch with extra long plates. I'm asking if any of these 2 compare to the ones I've tried above. My hair is hard to straighten & is very frizzy, breaks easily. I have read review after review & am so confused. I just want to buy the right iron this time. Please help. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Sedu's patented technique guarantees smooth straightening motion without pulling or breaking of hair, really helpful for frizzy and easy-break hair. I suggest Sedu Pro Ionic Ceramic Tourmaline Flat Iron (1 1/2").

unfortunaley you will need agood trim and deep condition to get rid of all the frizzy burnt ends, then let your have a break from any colouring etc. until you get it back in condition.xx

Ratna Sharma's Reply:
I got my hair straightened in Dec 2006, absolutely loved it. No hair damage no hair falling, it is permanent but the new hair that grows is your natural hair. 4 inches of my hair is still straight..:) I'm just waiting for another chance to get my hair straightened. I went to china town, for japanese HS but i believe there are some in Queens as well who do it for much less.
