Okay so.. i'm in grade 10 and i want my hair to look good.. i naturally have VERY thick wavy hair.. and i use a conair straightener i use it every morning.. you know to touch it up.. and when i leave for school as soon as i get their its frizzy and like starts to go poofy. i need some tips.. like i want to get a real good quality straightener but i dont want to waste my money help please D:

I dont think Conair flat iron could give the result you want~~ believe me, good tool would never be cheap. My 'Sedu Ionic Ceramic Professional Straightener' always gives very beautiful straight hair which could last all day. And, i wanna give you a suggestion, DO NOT use hair straightener every day, it's not good to your hair.

Mine recently died as well, after two years of solid service. You can send it to chi's manufacturer, but after the 1 year warranty, it costs $35 for it to be repaired and another $15 for shipping and handling.

Hi I have medium/long curly frizzy hair which I straighten alot with my babyliss straigtener. It will last me all week. I was thinking of getting my hair permanently straightened but Im a bit worried because I have a full head of blonde foils. Will my hair fall out or is my hair too dry because of the foils. I need to get my foils done every 3 mths.

Permanent strightening is sort of an opposite perm, and lasts about the same time. If you get your hair foiled every 3 months, you're likely to need to get your hair striaghtened every 3 months as well. On the other hand, traightening with an iron every day will cause your hair to dry out, because of the heat damage. Having it straightened permanently will mean that you don't have to use the iron as frequently, meaning less daily damage to your hair.

Having foils let your hair being dry, the hair need time to recover, wash your hair with moisturizing shampoo

I went for a touch up for roots straightening on the 22nd July, however all my hair has turned frizzy instead of straight and I cannot even comb it as it gets all knotted up. The product used was LOreal. Please help to correct the damage done. Thanks
