I've had my GHD for over a year now, it still works amazingly, my hair is naturally thick and curly. And I use it everyday. Knowone ever knew that my hair was actaully naturally curly. The only thing is, is that it's not great in humid or rainy weather, like, during the summer, I cant even use my GHD, cause the minute I walk out the door, my hair POOFS.

this hair straightner is very good for people saying it gets to hot well ot needs to be hot to straight,also it will burn the ends of ur hair if u dont use heat defence its good i reccomend this for enyone

The ghd flat iron works amazing but gets too hot and is damaging to fine hair. There is no temperature control dial to turn down the temperature. It got my hair extremely straight and it was shiny but.. it really damaged the ends and I started getting breakage near my part with little hairs standing straight up. I returned my ghd and am going to buy a sedu with temperature control.
