I have your straightner in pink. I used it often. I thought it was a great product until it blew up in my hand today 02/02/10. For some reason I have a change of heart.! I was using it and sparks began to flow everywhere including my hand. I felt a electric charge go throughout my body, and I fell to the ground., I hit y head on the wall,suffered a mild concusion, and now have a huge burn on my hand. I am extremely upset and will cll my attorney by friday if I dont hear from you first. I would like to resolve this civily without legal action if thats possible. I got this iron from a local salon, because it would look and work perfect. I used it on my curly hair, and it worked great!!! Even in the summer heat!!! You should buy it!!!
