It works ok, but I have to go over my hair alot and it doesn't really last long. It doesn't get very hot. It has a lifetime warranty which is good because I had it for about 2 months and the plates fell off Is this helpful? Yes or No

The product worked fine for about two weeks.Then the ceramic plates fell off.Repeated visits to the kiosk met with only frustration.The workers would not even give me the owners name.repeated emails went un-answered.I DO NOT RECOMEND THIS PRODUCT OR COMPANY. Is this helpful? Yes or No
