I don't actually have this straightner but my friend does and its absolutely amazing!! i always try and steal it from her when i get the chance!! :) it works great for curling too! Is this helpful? Yes or No

i bought my first chi straightener from a regis salon in fergus falls, it stopped working for no reason at all after two months...well the customer service was great i got a replacement quick. its the best straightener i have ever had. i have really curly hair and i used it once and u cant even tell, its shiny,healthy and theres not a kink in my hair i wouldn't buy anything else. Is this helpful? Yes or No
