I’m quite happy that I have got an awesome hair straightener, my favorite CHI Turbo hair straightener. Thanks to this CHI, my hair is silky now and not frizzy any more. My mum said it seemed I had totally changed my appearance which might be attributed to the amazing straight hair style this CHI hair straightener created. Yes, it’s amazing, very shiny and very smooth, that’s what I hadn’t experienced before I got this CHI straightener, and now I really really love it! Is this helpful? Yes or No

Every time I buy a chi, it works for about a year and then the cord comes loose, this has happened three times. I'm trying to find a better brand. Is this helpful? Yes or No

I purchased this straightener in early 2004 and it lasted for almost 5 years (just died a few days ago!!). My hair is very thick and pretty curly and, as long as my hair was totally dry when I started, I could get it completely perfectly straight in 20 minutes, tops. My hair comes out silky and natural looking and the results last for days (until I wash it). It was absolutely worth every penny. Is this helpful? Yes or No

that if you buy a chi hair straightner and it breaks after a period of time, you can bring it back to whatever store you bought it from, of course with the reciept, even if it is broken and they will let you exchange it for a totally new one, without any charge. All they do is let you pick one of there new (Chi)hair straightners and they will send your broken one back to where they got it from. Is this helpful? Yes or No

when i first got it, i loved it. it worked great for a while, until the cord stopped fully connecting, preventing the straightener from heating up. i had to get another, which broke yet again. i'm now searching for a better brand. Is this helpful? Yes or No

i have thick hair and my hair is REALLY curly. it works fabulously. i've had it for 3 years and it still works at full power. if your hair is really thick, no straightener is going to be a miracle worker alone. but if you use the right products (I use Matrix Sleeklook) with this straightener and it's great!
