My sister got this chi original flat iron for her birthday and it works great. Both of us use it daily. It does the job quickly and eliminates the frizz. A wonderful product.

Cons: Poor Quality
My CHI straightner worked great for a while, becuse I rarely used it and stored it like I was instructed. I paid a lot of money for this straightner per advice of my hair dresser and I take care of my hair. Then one day the on/off button fell out and then BOOM! I couldn't find any customer service. I will never purchase another for fear of worse customer service and another poor straightner! I will never reccomend this product to anyone!

CHI has advanced technology, best design, and the best quality, I love my original CHI hair straightener, love my CHI ceramic hair dryer, and the hair roller, they work amazingly for me. CHI is the best!
