I have owned 2 CHI straighteners in less then 2 years and they are all broken!!!! The results are amazing but its not worth buying it. This also happened to my friends CHI straighteners. The wire came apart on the first one so I got another one. I never dropped it or anything and within 7 months it wont turn on. How mad i got!!
