Bio-ionic Hair Straightening

The Bio Ionic Professional Hair Care System is a revolutionary two-fold system developed in Japan in 1975. It consists of the Patented Bio Ionic Trinity FX-Retexturising System (commonly known as thermal reconditioning), a permanent straightener that uses natural Trinity FX complex, as well as a series of products that can be used with the retexturising system or on their own.

The breakthrough technology of the Trinity FX-Retexturising System can be used on all hair types without the damage usually associated with traditional chemical straighteners. In fact, the straightening aspects of the system were a secondary discovery (after all, in Japan where the system was developed there isn't a great deal of need for hair straightening). At first, it was used solely as a reconditioning or retexturising system that made hair healthier, smoother and shinier. But outside of Japan, it's the straightening aspect that has had everyone from Madonna, Halle Berry and Jennifer Lopez beating a path to the best hairdressers in town.

Bio Ionic's was the first company in the World to use a Negative Ionic Principle in the Hair or Beauty Industry (1973), but alone this charge does not work it needs to be supported by an Infrared and Electromagnetic wave this is our Trinity FX technology. It comes in the form of a mineral powder and is present in all Bio Ionic products, patented so it cannot be copied. This means all other products can only try to imitate Bio Ionic's name, reputation and technology, if it's not the same it cannot work. Bio Ionic has changed the industry and set the standard others are only imitated copies, not the proven real thing.

How does it work?

World wide Industry experts are calling this the biggest evolutionary leap in hairdressing ever. The Bio Ionic system uses patented technology known as the Trinity FX complex. This natural mineral complex emits a negative ionic, infrared and electromagnetic wave charges simultaneously, these shatter water molecule clusters into micro-fine particles and keep them apart, allowing the Bio Ionic formula to easily penetrate the hair shaft. Hence Bio Ionic's low chemical concentration mild enough to apply with the bare hands and the fact Bio Ionic only needs one formulation to straighten all hair types not three. This process restores the moisture balance of the hair, leaving it soft, smooth, shiny and straight. This is quite unlike traditional chemical strengtheners, which leave hair dry, brittle, damaged and only semi straight.

The process

Not surprisingly, the Bio Ionic Trinity FX-Retexturising System is only for professional salon use. The process itself takes between two-and-a-half and five hours depending on the client's hair. The retexturising solution is applied to wet hair and left to process. Once again, the time needed for this depends upon a client's hair. The hair is then rinsed, blow-dried with the revolutionary Bio Ionic Hair Dryer and straightened using the Bio Ionic Retexturising Iron made of Teflon and coated in Trinity FX complex. A retextutising/neutralizing cream is then applied, rinsed off, and the hair is blow-dried again, leaving it perfectly, permanently straight and beautifully reconditioned. During the process there is minimum odor and no burning or itching due to the products very low chemical content due to the micro hydration effect.

Depending on how quickly the client's hair grows, the process will need to be retouched between two and four times per year.

please I am looking for a very good advice before I have a Bio Ionic (permanent hair straightening) I want someone who tried this product and I still worried about my hair because I have dry hair and the specialist was quit unsure then suddenly he decided to do it so I am a bit scared and also very expensive so pleas if you had an experience can you help me

I had this procedure done in Hypnotic Salon in Las Vgeas by Tony about 9 months ago, I've only gone back 1 time for a retouch. My hair is slow growing. My initial cost was $500 and $300 to touch it up.

Do not have this done to your hair...I had it done 5 days ago and after washing my hair...it looks like a blow torch was taken to it...now I have to have my long hair cut short to remove all the damage.

Girls you need to really really think about Bio Ionic carefully, working in a salon that has performed them, all the claims are not always true! It is still damaging to the hair (it is a chemical service after all) It is still damaging to the hair and i would not recommend it to any one who has powder lightened (bleached) hair, and as for the claim Madonna has had it done, i don't think so and it is also not suitable on hair that is too short. Here's a better tip buy a good pair of hairstraighteners and a blowdryer and lean how to blow dry it it in the end will be a lot kinder to your hair and your purse cos a Bio Ionic service your looking at around AU$700.

Hi,
I would like to know how I can find a good salon to get the thermo ionic rebonding (permant straightening) in Amsterdam,Netherlands.I have done my hair twice before,once in Sydney and once in Melbourne (these salons were reccommended to me by friends).But now I live in Amsterdam,and while alot of salons do it,they all seem a little unknowledgable,so I am a little scared to go;) Is there a list of good salons world wide?
I appreciate any help possible.

If I had a Bio Iconic Trinity FX-Retexturising System I can't use anything onmy hair for two or more days, but what happend when I am sleeping at night? My hair will crush by my head....
