I purchased a GS Professional ceramic ionic straightener 2 years ago from Trade Secrets. It has worked beautifully. For some reason the plastic that connects the iron to the electric has snapped off leaving the copper wire exposed. My daughter's has done the same thing. Although they still work they are probably a safet hazzard and I cannot get any info on the company or any service advice. I believe this is a defect and Trade Secrets has not been able to help. Do you have any suggestions?
